High Protein Almond Butter Goo (A Recipe, sort of)

I have become a HUGE fan of Power Butter, a high protein, high fiber, omega-3 rich peanut butter concoction. Tastes good and it's good for you.
Ingredients: Roasted Peanuts, Honey, Flax Seed, Wheat Germ, Egg Whites, Flax Oil, Salt.

It's the perfect food - well, maybe some more Omega-3 fats and a little more fiber. I buy it at Amazon at $18 per 4 lb container - can't beat the price either.

This got me to thinking - maybe I can make some of this with my own recipe. But I like almond butter. So I tried it.

First try:

.85 lb freshly ground raw almond butter (2260 CAL; 202 g. FAT, 84 g. PRO, 84 g. CARB, 48 g. FIBER)
4 scoops natural whey protein (376 CAL; 96 g. PRO, 8 g. FAT, 8 g. CARB)
7 tbsp flax oil (890 CAL; 98 g FAT, 50 g. Omega-3 fats)
6 tbsp flax meal (180 CAL; 12 g. FIBER, 13.5 g FAT, 18 g. PRO)

Totals:
3706 CALS
321 g. FAT
198 g. PRO
104 g. CARB
60 g. FIBER

Good taste, but it take forever to chew a spoonful.

Second Try:

.85 lb raw freshly ground almond butter = 2260 CAL; 202 g. FAT, 84 g. PRO, 84 g. CARB, 48 g. FIBER
5 tbsp Flax oil = 635 CALS, 70 g. FAT, 35 g. Omega-3 fats
4 scoops natural whey = 395 CALS, 96 g. PRO, 8 g. CARB, 8 g. FAT
1.25 cups egg whites = 125 CALS, 30 grams PRO
9 tsp Benefiber = 0 CALS, 18 grams FIBER

Totals:
3415 CALS
280 g. FAT
210 g. PRO
92 g. CARB
66 g. FIBER

Tastes sweeter, smoother, but more like goo - very thick even if it's easier to eat. Fewer total calories, more protein, more fiber, less carbs, less fat - but lower omega-3 totals too.

I'm going to work on fine tuning this one - it seems like a good foundation.

As far as serving size, I have no idea. There's more product from the 2nd batch. I'm thinking it will last three or four days, so about 1/3 of the total per day.

But let's guess about 30 oz total product, and 3 oz per serving, so 10 servings.

Per Serving:
341.5 CALS
28 g. FAT
21 g. PRO
9.2 g CARB
6.6 g. FIBER

So, what I need is less flax oil and more egg white to balance the nutrition in favor of PRO, which is always my preference. But these are all good healthy fats, so nothing to worry about.
