Intense Workout

This is a cool video of Charles Staley putting James Fitzjohn through a brief but intense workout. I'm guessing this is just one part of the training session, but it would be tough for most people to do just this.

1) Dumbbell Thrusters: 40lb dumbbells x10 reps
2) Sled Row (140 pounds)
3) Farmer’s Walk (210 pounds)
4) Tire Flip (650pounds x 5)
